Virtual Assistant Needed - Research, Outreach, Project Management

This position includes 3 main roles which includes doing research as needed to build lists of data, doing HARO email outreach, and managing writing gigs on Fiverr.

1. Research: The first project involves building a list of coffee subscription services in the USA and completing various data points like what type of coffee they ship, where it's roasted, etc. You'll input this data in a Google spreadsheet.

2. Outreach: We need someone to respond to HARO queries for our various businesses in order to build links. You'll use Jasper AI (we'll give you access) to help come up with answers to queries.

3. Managing gigs on Fiverr: This is something we may add for you as a task, which is to create Fiverr writing gigs and communicate with customers, manage assignments with our teams/writers.

Start date: Immediately.

Hours: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Type: ongoing/permanent.

Requirements:

You must be able to read and write English very well. While you won't be writing articles, you will be dealing with English when doing outreach emails, understanding data for research, and potentially communicating on Fiverr.

You must work 5 days per week, Mon to Fri but you can work any hours during those days.

You must provide a daily report to me and the website manager briefly setting out what you completed for the shift.
You will report to me and my website manager.

You must have a laptop or desktop computer. You cannot do this job on a tablet or smartphone.
