We are looking for a Customer Support Tea ---------- mber and an appointment setter to help coordinate the team’s calendar, respond to texts and emails from potential clients, and qualify incoming customer applications (training will be provided).

Fluent in English, consider yourself a quick, intelligent thinker, attention to detail, careful, ask questions, open minded, dedicated and loyal.

Night Owl Position
- because this position will be texting and email customers, it is a position that will require Manila Night Owl Hours
- Great for someone who likes to stay up late as a Night Owl

Extremely competitive compensation. Varying compensation available depending on performance.

Job requirements:
- Night Owl: must be willing to work 9pm to 6am (Manila time)
- 3 days per week (Saturday, Sunday, 1 extra day per week)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be very well versed in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and computer savvy
- Highly motivated
- Takes responsibility for the task and delivers
- Enjoys challenges and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Easily adapts to change
- Great self-learner who can work with minimum supervision
- Proficient in using a computer for various tasks
- The ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Available for at least 40 hours per week
- Ability to have Zoom calls daily and regularly at scheduled times
- Must have excellent English writing and Communication skills + sense of humor (we love happy positive people)
- Must have good consistent Internet connection

No specific prior experience needed. We will provide all the training you will need to succeed.
