JOB OVERVIEW

* About This Job:
We are a home care agency based in NYC focused on providing in home care for seniors through home health aides

We need assistance in human resources to support our 250 caregivers with supervision of policies, counseling when things aren't done properly

* Roles & Responsibilities:

We have on any given day up to 100 caregivers working
Every day they need to

1) Clock in and out properly
2) Report their tasks
3) Provide quality care
4) Communicate with the office
5) Act professionally in the environment

Since they don't always do this, we need an HR Manager to help us counsel them in a courteous, professional manner. The HR Manager must know how to build the proper connection with the caregivers while commanding their respect to assure they are doing their job properly

* Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience in homecare
Experience in human resources
Understanding of the mission statement of Home Instead (see ---------- )
100% understanding of the schedule we need (Mon thru Friday from 8am to 5pm, NY Time) and the ability to meet this schedule permanently without any exceptions
Very good phone skills
Ability to multi-task and be self sufficient
