Remote Nurse For Homecare Agency (Video required)

We are a home care agency based in New York City providing in-home care for seniors through home health aides.

We are hiring a Remote Registered Nurse based in the Philippines to support our Patient Care department, our 2 NYC-based RNs, our Patient Care Coordinator, and our team of approximately 250 caregivers.

The main focus is supporting caregivers and our NYC nursing team through WhatsApp and phone communication.

Responsibilities include:

* Helping remind caregivers to complete important care-related tasks
* Supporting high-acuity client cases under the direction of our NYC RNs
* Communicating clearly with caregivers through WhatsApp
* Assisting the Patient Care Coordinator with follow-up and documentation
* Multi-tasking across many active caregiver shifts

Requirements:

* RN/nursing experience, not just nursing education
* Home care experience preferred
* Excellent English communication and phone skills
* Strong WhatsApp communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work independently
* Understanding of Home Instead’s mission and values
