Appointment setter - part time

Our client has a job opening for a successful sales person based in the Philippines. At the ---------- nt the job is 2 hours per day but can expand to more hours or full time later if you prove successful. Ideal work hours for this position are sometime between 5-9 pm California time (8-12 am Philippine time). Start date: 2 JAN 2023.

The job is to make calls to home owners. You will use a database of expired home listings and try to set up an appointment for the broker. Although prior experience in real estate is a plus, we are looking for someone who has experience selling. (experience handling objections is required.) Even the best sales people will face rejections, but it takes a certain character to not take it personally, and to successfully move past it. Our client will provide training on how to do the job, but we want to make sure the character is a good fit.
