JOB OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of the Virtual Customer Care Representative is to provide best in class customer service. This position interacts with customers by telephone or email, to answer questions and resolve issues.
-Perform duties as a customer service agent by attending to our incoming calls
-Take down customer orders by filling up registration form for them over the phone
-Email product information to clients
-Follow up with phone calls with clients
-Update excel spreadsheet on calls

We would prefer someone with customer service experience and a bubbly voice and perform well with deadlines

-Reliable and positive working attitude
-Internet Connection must be stable 5MBPS minimum
-Good and clear headset
-Quiet working room
-Working hours: 6.00am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) GMT+8 timezone

Monthly Salary: 15000-17000PHP
