The primary responsibility of the Virtual Customer Care Representative is to provide best in class customer service. This position interacts with customers by telephone or
-Perform duties as a customer service agent by attending to our incoming calls
-Take down customer orders by filling up registration form for them over the phone
-Follow up with phone calls with clients
-Update excel spreadsheet on calls
We would prefer someone with customer service experience and a bubbly voice and perform well with deadlines
-Reliable and positive working attitude
-Internet Connection must be stable 5MBPS minimum
-Good and clear headset
-Quiet working room
-Working hours: 6.00am to 2.30pm (Monday to Friday) GMT+8 timezone
Monthly Salary: 15000-17000PHP
