Developer needed to create chrome tool / web app

Hello,

I am looking to have a tool created to create a chrome add in / extension / web application to automatically select 2 separate images on a page and send to a printer.

I have an example file I can send over to show exactly what I would need printed, and what the format would be. I am looking to have it created as a google chrome add in / extension that can be added directly to the chrome browser.
