Web App Developer - Full Time, Long Term Job

ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We are a relatively new player in the startup scene, but our business is doing some amazing things in the design space, and as such we are experiencing rapid growth. With this growth, as you can expect, there are some growing pains specifically around efficiency and automation. To enable us to plan for the next phase of growth, we need to address the current issues through a web-based application that automates and systemises a lot of what our business is required to do.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be tasked with the exciting job of building our web-based app from the ground up literally. At present we know exactly what the systems needs to do, and have a road map of how it needs to operate, but we'll be guided by you as to the best way to sustainably build this application to future proof it as best we can. As such you'll need to be confident in industry best practices, and look to take full ownership of this project.

We see this position as being one that is very collaborative and iterative, as such we are looking for someone whose coding methodology is meticulously well document, efficient and effective. The web-app will be continually grown and updated.

YOU'LL NEED TO SHOW SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING AREA:
- Highly Experienced Front & Back-End Developer
- At least 2+ years experience as a web developer
- Ability to write code to interface with 3rd-party APIs
- Strong analytical communication skills with the ability to meticulously document requirements for both short and long term projects
- Experience with Github or other similar source control systems
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Willingness and desire to embrace new web technologies as they evolve
- Passionate about programming
- A positive, can-do attitude that is genuine and infectious
- Excellent communication and fluent English
