RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Call Center IT Systems
**Reporting
**Quality Assurance
**Assist in improving and maintaining systems throughout the Call Center

QUALIFICATIONS:
**Proven track record of managing data in the Five9 platform
**Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
**Exceptional communications skills both verbal and written
**Strong project management skills
**Self-starter with the ability to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
**College degree in IT
**Tech-savvy and familiar with is mandatory and nice to have knowledge of Zoho integrations a bonus.
** Minimum high-speed internet connection of 50 MBPS
** Relatively new computer with a minimu ---------- mory of 8 GB of RAM and processor speed to perform efficiently
** Dual monitors
** Good quality headset
** Non-distracting homework environment
