IT Business Analyst For University

We're looking for a part-time business analyst to assist with large IT projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in complex technology projects, ideally in a university environment
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Knowledge across various areas of Information Technology
- Knowledge of business analysis/systems analysis best practices
- Strong documentation skills
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline.
- Formal training in business analysis techniques and practices
- Strong experience using:
Jira
Google suite
Microsoft Office suite tools
ServiceNow
Confluence
Microsoft Teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business analysis certification.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence based tools
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
