About our Organization:
Journey To Healing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing
evidence-based education, outreach programming, and clinical
therapeutic services to families who experienced trauma related to grief,
loss, and everyday life experiences
Human Resource Admin Day-to-Day Duties:
The HR Admin will work with the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer to assist with day-to-day organizational HR
Update internal databases
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Revise company policies and processes
Lead recruitment and hiring efforts
Liaise with external vendor partners and ensure legal compliance
Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
Answer employee's queries about HR-related issues
Assist the payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
Arrange accommodations and process data forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize hiring events)
Assist with social media hiring efforts
Answer
Assist with data input.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Take meeting minutes during meetings.
Make calls to generate leads from a provided spreadsheet.
Help create content to post on the company’s social media channels.
Conduct online research to find partnership organizations.
Prepare presentations according to the instructions
Assist with programs and project tasks

Required Skills:
The HR Admin must have strong organizational skills and must be able to communicate well. They should also have knowledge of the non-profit industry.

Your onboarding will be comprised of:
Meeting with and training with the Management team
Location for Work:
Remote. Primarily online and phone with additional use of Zoom. You will need your own computer with a camera and audio capabilities and stable internet.
We are looking to hire someone that has Human Resource administration experience. The main requirement is that the HR Admin is dedicated to the cause of the organization and genuine in their intention to further our goals.
