Social Media Assistant

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to manage our social media channels for all of our businesses. This will require posting videos, answering comments and also creating thumbnail designs in Canva. This person will start primarily with launching our new YouTube channels, but will most likely move into other channels over time.

This person will be required to work 8 am through 4 pm PHT hours. Please put the phrase Grey Car in the title of your application so I know that you read the job post.


What's the daily responsibilities to start off?

-Create YouTube video thumbnails on Canva
-Post YouTube videos
-Write YouTube video descriptions
-Add timestamps to YouTube videos
-Monitor and respond to YouTube comments


What are the qualifications?

-2+ years experience in social media management
-Basic english writing skills
-Strong email and instant messaging communication in English
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Willingness to work 8 am to 4 pm PHT
