Cold Calling Appointment Setter

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a part-time experienced Real Estate Cold Caller to join the team. This person should be well spoken in English and have experience with real estate cold calling specifically.

This person will be required to work 8 am through 11 am EST hours. Please put the phrase Lilac Car in the title of your application so I know that you read the job post.

This person will receive base salary plus $1 USD for each booked and executed appointment.


What's the daily responsibilities to start off?

-Cold call and convert our list of leads daily
-Track the outcome of each call


What are the qualifications?

-1+ years cold calling experience for real estate
-Strong email and instant messaging communication in English
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Willingness to work 8 am to 11 am EST
