JOB OVERVIEW

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Perform research tasks for the development of marketing materials
• Deploy and create light social media content as well as running some social media profiles
• Focus on community management
• Write reports and emails to support the executive team
• Support administrative functions for the rest of the team to continue killing it at their job!
• Collect marketing analytics and compile them into reports
• Nourish and establish client relationships
• Monitor the social media presence of multiple clients
• Focus on community building
• Proofread content
• Communicate with the team constantly on the progress of tasks
• Report on the effectiveness of the marketing efforts in our clients’ accounts
• Stay up to date with current industry trends and make suitable recommendations based on competitor analysis

YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• At least 2 years of executive assistance experience
• Previous B2B experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Proactive
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
