2D Animator

Hello there,

I have a history themed Youtube channel, and I'm looking to hire an experienced animator on a per project basis. I think the easiest way to explain the quality and standard I'm looking for would be to provide an example. I found this video on Youtube that's a great ---------- 's not overly complex animation, but it's still visually appealing.

I want to be clear, I'm not looking for a beginner here. I'm looking for someone with verifiable experience. They would need to be able to operate independently. I would write the script and give some direction and references, but it would be on the animator to read the script, familiarize themselves with the topic, and then of course create the animations.

I already have a team of artists that I work with, but I've d ---------- to do this project in parallel to what I'm doing currently. If it turns out to be successful then I would merge the two teams.

I put $1,000 just because I'm not entirely sure what the cost would be. Most of my videos are under 10 minutes, so use that as a benchmark.

1. What is your availability like currently?
2. What would be your price for a 10 minute animated video?
3. How long do you estimate it would take?
