Go Easy Australia are looking for a staff member to join our team to focus on the following

-looking after Amazon account and listings
-freight report checking
-processing orders
-price checking
-stock updating
-reporting
-Emailing and replying to customer messages
-customer service experience
-resolving customer issues and queries

The role is also to assist with customer service tasks, stock checks, price checks, live chat.

The person to take on this role Must have experience in not just listing customer service but also reporting, use of excel for stock update and freight invoicing reports.

We work Australian Eastern Standard time working hours are 9am-5:30pm, offer 21 annual leave days, 9 sick days per year.
