Guest Communications

We manage serviced apartments in Edinburgh & London in the UK and we are looking for someone fluent in English to assist us with guest communication on Saturdays and Sundays during the hours of 9am - 5pm GMT.

The role will involve promplty replying to guest messages and returning phone calls when needed.

Your primary role will be working with guests to help answer their questions and provide an amazing experience for them. You will help with inquiries, pre stay questions and coordination with our team, problem solving issues that may arise during a stay, and communication will in a friendly, polite and professional manner; amazing people skills, English, and customer service skills are required. The response times and speed to guest communication is essential.

At the moment this role is only part-time however there may be opportunity for additional hours and for the role to become full-time in the future should the candidate wish for this.
