Cold Caller

We are seeking an Outbound Virtual Sales Assistant/ Sales Development Representative responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities for at the initial stages of the sales funnel. You’ll be researching potential clients, connects with them and educates prospects about our services, and qualifies leads before handing them off to the Closers and Team Leaders.

The Company
Our agency helps private dentistry and cosmetic clinics owners to see a 2x revenue growth in under 90 days, or their money back. Utilizing our 4-step approach of Attract-Capture-Nurture-Close, we assist our private dental clients in increasing their customer base. We strive to 15 -20 pre-paid appointments a month to double their revenue.

As an Sales Rep, you will play a fundamental role in increasing our business client base and reaching our revenue growth objectives. You must be dedicated to contacting prospective customers through different outreaching platforms, to create high quality leads, both directly and as follow-up to incoming inquiries. As the first line of communication with prospects, you should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

Your Responsibility
• Generating new leads and managing pipeline of potential clients and customers
• Outbound prospecting; cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn targeting, Facebook and Instagram ----------
• Thoroughly prospecting each potential client by understanding their needs and want and how your business can help them with it
• Building and maintaining new relationships with prospective clients
• Understanding the market and how the product fits into it
• Tracking key metrics to ensure your targets are consistently met
• Efficiently and effectively set-up appointments for the Closers and Team Leaders to take these leads through the sales funnel to closure.

Who You Are:
• Experience in a sales or phone-based role in customer service, or a role where you were presenting to clients.
• Passionate about growing the Sales.
• Flexible and adaptable – this is a Start-up! Things can change fast!
• Strong communication, listening and analytical abilities, with positive approach
• Great social and commercial awareness
• Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic

Salary:
• $3.50/hour OR 5% of profit made by your prospected client closed – monthly rolling.

• Outstanding performance and exceeding our client expectations will be rewarding greatly. If the client you bring in stays with us for over 6 months, you’ll also get rewarded for it.

• Future opportunity: Depending on your performance and progression, you’ll have the opportunity to promote to Closer – the individual who those all the closing for our clients and earns $ 5.50/ hour OR 15% of all prospect client closed.
