JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a part-time project manager to assist with large IT projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 5 years of experience managing complex technology projects, ideally in a university environment
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Knowledge across various areas of Information Technology
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- Strong documentation skills in terms of project plans, presentations, status reports, project work plans, meetings, decisions, change orders, deliverables, progress reports, schedules and other project artifacts
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline.
- Formal training in Project Management techniques and practices
- Strong experience using:
Jira
Google suite
Microsoft Office suite tools
ServiceNow
Confluence
Microsoft Teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management Professional Certification.
- Experience working with artificial intelligence based PM tools
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field
