Davao based - Virtual Assistant and Project Manager

I am looking for a senior virtual assistant to work with me. I am the director of a medium sized ecommerce agency. I am based in New Zealand but I have clients all over the world. I currently have 10 Filipino staff working in Davao, some remote and some in our office. I originally setup a Filipino team because the timezone overlapped the UK and NZ and works well for us.

My personal assistant who has been with me for over 6 years is moving on due to family relocating and so I'd like to find the next superstar to work with.

I'd like the person to be based in Davao, so that they could come into the office for meetings if needed and network with the other tea ---------- mbers. However I don't expect this person to come into the office everyday.

One of the main roles of this person will be to help me produce the consultancy reports that we do for clients. These reports are based in word and different tea ---------- mbers need to be worked with to organise the different parts for it's completion.

There's a lot of organising, chasing clients, chasing me, chasing tea ---------- mbers and making sure that everything runs well.

Ultimately you will be a great experienced project manager, who is good under pressure, good at multitasking and can break down complex tasks into understandable projects for other tea ---------- mbers.

I like to think I am a good boss (who doesn't!) and I pay for the team to have lots of group activities together for team bonding, training weekends, pizza in the office and things that help the work go smoothly.

Ideally you would have worked in a similar role before. An entrepreneurs right hand man/woman and helped organise their busy schedule.

Your written English and spoken English needs to be fluent and excellent, often you will have zoom calls with clients who will need to communicate with you and me.

- Social media posting
- Email management
