Google Ads/PPC Specialist

We're looking for a Google Ads Manager/PPC Specialist for a Part-time role with the following qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge and real-world experience managing Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.

Job Role:
- Manage all aspects of Google Ad campaigns (Search, Shopping & Display)
- Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
- Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting with accurate ROI calculations.
- Keyword research and management to optimize bids (add PPC keywords and negative keywords)
- Optimize bidding at keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic, and other levels
- Identify conversion rate optimization opportunities and make suggestions?
- Perform daily account management of PPC campaigns (review expensive under-performing keywords and ensure PPC campaign does not exceed weekly and monthly ad spend budget, maintain Quality Score, impression share and other important metrics)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTAs on ads to boost click-through-rates and landing pages to boost conversion rates
- Monitor, evaluate, and present the performance of campaigns by generating weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay on top of search engine and PPC industry trends and research new technologies and strategies.

Remote Work Requirements:
- 10Mbps STABLE internet connection with access to a backup connection if needed.
- Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems and anti-virus/malware protection.
- Backup laptop or desktop.
- Headset with mic.
- Experience using Slack for internal company communication.
- Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Part-Time 8:30PM - 12:30AM Manila Time (GMT+8)-(UTC+8)
