Looking for longterm inteligent VA

Hi. I am photographer based in Croatia/EU with speciality in shooting and creating virtual tours and several other projects in mind. I am searching for long term personal VA that could assist me with this tasks:

- Client research: finding local potential clients
- Marketing strategies: Suggest me best approach to new clients, send them mails, taking care of FB page, uploading content
- Web Design skils: Help me rebuild my interactive 360 web page
- Has basic knowlegde in Photoshop and Premiere
- Has basic skills in reasearching topics and data entery (Google Sheets)
- Has history of using Trello for projects (must!)
- Recruitment of skilled workers

- I am preffering workers with corporate background
- Out of box thinkers
- Decent education
