Job description: This is a client-facing position (remote) - this position will work with contacts and leaders at our key accounts based in North America, the Middle East, and South America primarily to help them track their training status for their teams, communicate updates , schedule check-ins, and provide value-add resources (created by IBCCES). This position will work alongside another Key Accounts Coordinator and report to the Key Accounts Manager. This role supports existing partners to ensure they are satisfied, complete their programs timely, and have access to resources in order to ensure their renewal with our
Must be proficient using Google Sheets and Docs (Microsoft Excel and Word), Powerpoint, Gmail, Zoom, web-based and app-based programs, and learning new software.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
The candidate must be comfortable speaking on the phone or interfacing using Zoom to our clients and partners if needed.
We do not require a specific level of formal education, but it is a consideration. English fluency and understanding our programs are the most important attributes.
