Our Team of 10 are looking for 2 more Business Development & Support professional to join our team. We are in the eCommerce industry and want someone who understands how to serve our market unselfishly and still earn a profit.


This will be a long term relationship so we are looking for someone that is Responsible, Punctual, has excellent Communiation, and willing to focus on this relationship.

Your responsibilities will include:

(Business Development Part)
- Engaging Leads via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media and correctly qualifying them and closing the sale
- Correctly Updating the Lead in our CRM to update the team what they were interested in
- Sharing opportunities of growth for the company to team leaders
- Completing Daily Tasks assigned to you
- Engaging in Tasks assigned to you in our Team Boards

(Business Support Part)
- Supporting our beloved clients every step of the way (via Chat, Email, Phone, SMS, Social Media)
- Assigning, Updating, and Labeling Support Tickets correctly
- Following Standard Operating Procedures and Encouring New Opinions with the way we do business

We will begin your job with the following toolstack:
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Microsoft Teams & Other Products
- Click Up
- Freshsales (CRM) & Freshdesk (Help Desk)
- Intercom (Chat)

Applicants with the following Qualifications will be given priority focus:

-Having more than 2 years in BPO
-Proficiency with the Tools
-Focus in Hospitality & Service
-Backgrounds in Sales


We are looking for someone who can commit 30-40 hours of undivided attention to our efforts, per week. This will be a full-time position.
