AP & Finance Expert

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for the following:

- Initiate and record payments
- Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors through email and phone
- Manage vendor database
- Monitor and manage utilities accounts and payments
- Review bank account transactions and code in financial software
- Review property management reports and ensure accuracy
- Work closely with other accounting teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Perform necessary account maintenance
- Perform any other accounting tasks required or requested

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 2 years of remote experience working either as an AP Specialist, Bookkeeper, or Accountant
- Fluent in English. Accent highly important
- Experienced in communication through Email and Phone
- Must have reliable computer with a webcam and headset. 2 computer screens for your computer is preferred
- Reliable and on time
- You will be working with finances, so we need someone that we can trust
- We work with Yardi Breeze - experience here is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with eSignature programs is also a plus, specifically Upgrade to see actual info

Schedule: Monday to Friday (40hrs)
7am to 4pm MST

Base pay will be 30,000 PHP, plus additional shift and performance incentives.
