Office/Customer Support

CSL is a fast-growing Logistics Company of 20+ years based in the USA California. We are currently seeking a full time Operations/Dispatcher/Support person. With opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment this job offers much growth potential for a motivated individual.

JOB DISCRIPTION
Responsible for quoting customers, posting loads, securing trucks, creating BOLs and Rate Conformations managing the paperwork flow. QuickBooks experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be excellent at time management, focused, and a good team player with a keen attention to detail. SPEAKING AND WRITTING ENGLISH IS A MUST!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and monitor shipments to ensure operations are functioning as they should.
- Schedule and coordinate pickup / deliveries if called upon for support.
- Follow up with carriers to make sure pickups are made timely

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in Transportation or Logistics industry is an asset.
- A passion to learn with a teachable + positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Proficient at 10 key and can type a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Experience with QuickBooks online s a plus
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior, timely customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form in English.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized, accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
