Location - Dumaguete City in Negros, Philippines

Experience – 3 years in IT Recruitment

Hi we are Nova Techset hiring IT Recruiter / Technical recruiter / HR Recruiter for our office located in Dumaguete City in Negros, Philippines

· End to end recruitment process.

· Source resume as we needed from job boards.

· Review and analyse resumes using our in-house ATS software program

· Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally

· Interview potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques

Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
3+ years’ recruiting experience in IT industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in recruiting.
Effective negotiating skills
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs
Familiarity with online job-hunting websites
