In addition to simple customer service, you will be responsible for the connection between the requests and the suppliers (sending error, refund, etc.).
You must improve the customer service templates in order to optimize the response time, and even set up automations if you have the skills.
Finally, you will be responsible for reporting recurring issues to our team such as problems with specific products or complaints about various aspects of our business.
Monthly bonus depending on the number of disputes and chargebacks resolved.
