JOB OVERVIEW

Hello our company needs a customer service person in a virtual office. Full time and on several different stores with possibilities of evolution in case of conclusive results.

The work consists in answering to the customers who placed order on our sites via email (notion of the gorgias tool, ticket system essential, fluent English required, as well as a sense of initiative).

In addition to simple customer service, you will be responsible for the connection between the requests and the suppliers (sending error, refund, etc.).

You must improve the customer service templates in order to optimize the response time, and even set up automations if you have the skills.

Finally, you will be responsible for reporting recurring issues to our team such as problems with specific products or complaints about various aspects of our business.

Monthly bonus depending on the number of disputes and chargebacks resolved.

We are looking for someone who is professional and capable of managing an after-sales team.
