JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We are looking for an experienced, persistent and detail-oriented Customer Success / Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team.

We are paying 4 USD per hour, Full Time. (5pm to 2am PH time)

This is a long term opportunity and as such there will be many opportunities for promotions, increased responsibilities, and growth within BuzzCube.

Tasks include:
1. Introducing yourself as client’s personal customer support specialist
3. To be trained to check and review on clients if all their tickets have been accomplished and to their satisfaction and delivered on time.
4. To coordinate with PMs with some tickets or client requests need attention and make sure they are accomplished.
5. Be very proactive and be very good in attention to detail and to be able to catch issues before they happen
6. To be able to summarize what happened to client’s transactions and give recommendations
7. Any other tasks that can come up from time to time

Knowledge in Slack and Airtable is a plus, but not required or willing to be trained.
