Constructs, repairs, restores and installs structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves, roofs and related material.
Operates and performs preventative maintenance on hand and power saws, planers, lathes, joiners, shapers, drills, sanders and variety of hand ---------- stalls locks, knobs, hinges, closures, and other fixtures to structures.
Texturing and polishing blocks of stone, installing dressed stone, mixing cement and mortar, and restoring old and damaged masonry works.
Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
