Highly successful real estate investor is seeking a Lead Management Coordinator for our fast moving company. Properly executed, the work of the Lead Manager keeps the processes of our home buying business running smoothly by following checklists and procedures to move deals through our pipeline while providing outstanding communication to customers, title companies, and co-workers.
The ideal person LOVES executing checklists and procedures, is comfortable making many telephone calls every day, enjoys a fast moving pace with varied tasks, likes multitasking, and is incredibly trainable. We want this position to grow with the Company.
This is a virtual position and work can be performed from anywhere there is a great internet connection and a quiet workspace.

For every 100 homes that are sold in Northern Virginia and Central Florida, about 5 of them do not follow the traditional “list it with a realtor” route. The reasons for this are varied – sometimes the property is not habitable, sometimes it is an estate property, often, the property has not been remodeled in many years and is in poor condition. Sometimes the owner must sell fast, or it’s an inherited property that is not wanted, etc. The list goes on and on. These are motivated sellers with problem properties.
Thousands of homes and sellers have these issues in Virginia, and thousands of homes are sold here, every year, without being listed by a Realtor. Skyline Property Investments, LLC’s mission is simple: create value for as many of these motivated sellers as possible by buying their home and helping them move on to the next stage of their lives.
Skyline Property Investments, LLC was founded in 2013 in order to buy homes from these folks who don’t want to list with a Realtor. We are not Realtors. We are real estate investors. Since 2013, we have bought, renovated, and sold hundreds of homes in Virginia.
Today we have three lines of business:
1. We buy homes, at a discount, from motivated sellers and resell them to other investors.
2. We buy discounted homes, renovate them, and resell them to retail buyers.
3. We buy homes for our rental portfolio. We do our own property management.

Qualifications for the Position

- Real estate or transaction coordination experience is not required – however it’s a bonus.
- Employee must be available 40+ hours per week (Required Time Includes Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm US Eastern Time) with most of those hours being in your home office or a quiet workspace of your choosing, with excellent internet availability.
- Employee must possess the ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and be highly attentive to detail.

- We want someone who can identify an obstacle or problem – and is always thinking and trying to offer potential solutions.
