Customer Service|Email|Chat|Phone Support

As part of our Member Success Team, you'll be responsible for all things member related, understanding their ‘Why’ and ‘Reality’ and providing recommendations on how they can best achieve their desired results and goals with Best Body.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing & Member Success, you will own Best Body’s online presence using word-class systems to understand the impact you have made in our members lives.

As a savvy Member Success Consultant you will build relationships with members through calls, emails and chats in a mix of proactive and responsive engagements. This will include queries on classes, membership benefits, merchandise, member feedback and calling all members for milestones and special occasions.

Working as part of a growing team, you’ll ensure exemplary customer service is provided by treating members as long lost friends.

You'll be the pivotal player in the Member Success Team and be empowered to own this space.

--- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ---

You love to make friends and help people live their best life
Ideally 2-3 years demonstrated experience in a retails or sales environment
Desire to learn the usability of 8x8 and Hapana.
Keen understanding of the health and wellness business landscape, including competitors, social, political and environmental factors.
An obsession with details – remembering names and making sure everyone feels like a long lost friend.
You are exceptionally resourceful - if you don't have the answer you go out and find it. You don't wait for someone to teach you, you teach yourself.
You are resilient and have a growth mindset. Part of an open, honest communication is having the ability to deliver honest, direct feedback without being offensive or critical. The other part is having the ability to view honest, direct feedback as a gift you can use to get better.
Leaves ego at the door. You have integrity, talent, are outgoing, have a palpable excitement about the future, and don't show it off. Shadiness, mediocrity, cynicism, and excessive "constructive criticism" are out.
