Royal Therapy is looking for an E-commerce Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead execution and prioritize work for the Digital Marketing team. This person brings a wealth of experience, information, and excitement around e-commerce and digital delivery and operations. Additionally, this role will help build processes and deliver best practices and will focus on activities critical to the maintenance and operations of our sales funnels and website. This person must be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and able to think creatively and quickly, even in a crisis. This person possesses the ability to quickly prioritize requests and issues, identify the technical resource required, and define and execute the next steps. Excellent project management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for the position. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone with a high degree of technical understanding, attention to detail, ability to develop creative and effective solutions, and experience in the interactive/digital world.

Primary Job Duties

- Directly responsible for the coordination and successful execution of all digital marketing projects and tasks related to e-commerce operations and support
- Demonstrated talent for creating a positive and motivating environment for teams and for building strong internal and external relationships
- Drive and facilitate quick and informed decision-making across different levels of the organization
- This role knows what to expect, what to do next, and how to keep teammates focused and productive
- Ability to prioritize and triage product issues and support requests and help identify the appropriate technical resources needed for each
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with new challenges – we need clear thinking and someone who works efficiently, even in a crisis
- Schedule and lead all necessary meetings, create and run the agendas, capture and distribute all notes; ensure meetings are maximally productive in minimal time.
- Keep work on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
- Serve as liaison between e-commerce delivery, e-commerce merchandising, IT, legal, and other cross-functional teams within the organization
- Build and manage detailed (and often compressed) work back plans and production schedules when needed
- Drive and manage content development where applicable – collect and communicate feedback and changes, organize and deliver assets (copy, translations, imagery), review and ensure all feedback is incorporated and delivered
- Facilitate and oversee testing of all deliverables and changes
- Ensure that all tasks are appropriately staffed and help balance team resources through collaboration
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions to drive process changes, future enhancements, and innovation

The Best Candidate Will

- Have mastery and ownership of all tasks required to carry out digital marketing projects.
- Help troubleshoot production issues with the ability to dig deep into a problem across multiple systems at various levels
- Know every detail of the given digital project at any given Upgrade to see actual infont, and serve as the “go-to” for all other members of the e-commerce delivery team
- The ability to look down the road to anticipate needs and mitigate risk or potential blockers.

Job Requirements

- Previous experience or validated expertise desired
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in the different facets of digital marketing such as but not limited to email marketing, influencer marketing, social media management, social media paid ads or media buying, and ambassador program
- 2+ years of project management (or business analyst) experience running medium to large scale projects
-Have managed or led a team of digital marketing specialists
-Experience working with the US market or US-based company is a must

The role is 100% remote and is a full-time position, with the flexibility to work within MNL time but must be available between 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM MNL for meetings and collaborations.
