JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, my name is Darrell Stempke. I am the owner of Rhino Consulting Partners. Please review this posting in its entirety, and if interested, please apply by providing all of the information requested. Any response that does not include all that was asked for will not be pursued.

I am looking for a Business Development Assistant. Here are some of the tasks that I can think of that will need to be done:

Client acquisition is an important part of my business at this Upgrade to see actual info order to succeed in this area, a strong grasp of English language, ability to utilize multiple systems, and the ability to track and report activity and results is very important.

Social Media Management:
Create posts for my LinkedIn profile based on topics or scripts that I provide. Each post will need to have some attached media. Recent examples are on my LinkedIn Profile (www.Upgrade to see actual info/in/dstempke). Ideally, the media is branded with my company, which is what you’ll see on my previous LinkedIn Posts. All posts will go into a scheduling software (Feedhive, I will provide a license seat). I use Lempod to get improve engagement and I provide the comments that other users would include. I’d need unique comments created for each post that I would use, as well, perhaps 7-12 of them?
- Write out Lempod comments for my daily LinkedIn Posts (at least day ahead). (Training provided). Will need between 7 – 12 custom comments per post.
- Post in Upgrade to see actual info Engagement Facebook Groups a link to my LinkedIn Post. (Training provided) and Engage on all links provided by others in Engagement Groups. Please research other engagement groups that can be utilized.
- Create five engagement posts for LinkedIn per week and submit them into FeedHive for Upgrade to see actual infooose one of the following topics for all five (Monday = Habit, Tuesday = 2x2uesday, Wednesday = RCP news, Thursday = Negotiation Tip, Friday = Quote). There is a library of about 20 unused posts ready to be utilized.


RoundTables:
- Each month, I host a RoundTable where VP's engage to talk about cost reduction initiatives. I need someone to join with me (camera and mic off) to take notes that will go into a summary after the call to each participant.
-The people that join will also get a sequence of at least 3 emails that will need to be sent. The goal of those emails is to get a 1-on-1 appointment booked with me.



Email
Marketing:
-I have an email program (Luna) that I use to send emails to. A batch of emails (roughly 10/day consistently) will need to be sent as well as a batch of follow-ups (also ~10 per day). Scripts will be provide and AI proposes the initial text and lead for each email.
-I am also looking to expand my Cold email Upgrade to see actual info is non-existent right now.

CRM Management:
-Leads from RoundTables and other sources will need to be input into Magic Bullet Pro (my CRM) and used for follow up. Copywriting suggestions for email copy will be helpful.
-LeadRocks allows for us to download leads. I'd like ones checked for being a good match and submitted for review. Those approved will go into CRM and email programs to send a sequence of emails to them.


Podcasts:
- I'd like to be on podcasts to help expand my recognition. I would like you to find applicable US based podcasts and reach out to them to see if they are open to having guests on their program. I am not interested in "pay for play" options.


And other duties as assigned.

If you are looking to be at the high end of the salary range, then I would expect that your English skills and business acumen is high enough to be able to handle zoom calls with potential clients to do a 15-minute pre-screen with potential clients.

- Are you comfortable talking on video conference calls? Although this role would not be customer facing, I would like to ensure that we could communicate clearly between us, as I like to send short videos with my instructions.
- Describe your experience as it is related to the tasks above.
- What is your rate (monthly and part time in USD). If part time, please specify the number of hours per week and whether daily attention would be possible.
