Brand Marketing Manager

At GenGrowth, we are an influencer marketing agency working with various clients in different industries to help with their product/service campaigns. Our team stays ahead of the curve to provide the most cost-effective and engaging marketing strategies, ensuring that their brand stands out. We are looking for a natural leader that can help manage and grow our new division!

Your roles as an Brand Marketing Manager will be the following:

1. Directly communicate with brands and onboard them for marketing campaigns
2. Supervise brand lead generators
3. Create marketing proposals for clients along with invoices
4. Participate and lead meetings with employees & clients
5. Ensure campaigns are running smoothly and companies are satisfied with influencer posts

Requirements:

Experience working with brands/influencers
Familiar with outreach email and social media campaigns
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
1 to 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Social Media Management is preferred.
