Adobe Photoshop etc. Designer

We're a successful brand that needs a long-term graphic designer, a permanent remote member of our team who can produce ads and videos, mostly for Facebook, Instagram, emails, and some graphics on our website.

We also need simple social media type animated graphics. Stuff that will get attention on social media. Mostly just to draw attention to the other ads you design. But may include minor video editing. If you have video editing skills, that is a plus, but not necessary.

We need someone who has an eye for detail, can work independently, and who REALLY likes to create graphics. The goal for us is to assign a concept or group of concepts, and have you bring us something that looks great. Less back and forth, and more you just "getting" our brand, and working to produce more without much hand ---------- munication- should be able to understand voice notes or written notes well, so you can ask clarifying questions, understand what is needed. Also, to work with the text in our graphics.
