YouTube Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator

Hello,

I am looking for a full time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for my YouTube Channel.

I am looking for someone who is experienced in editing YouTube specific videos and YouTube thumbnails.

I would like someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on my channel by adding in necessary elements such as stock footage, sounds, text, infographics, and transitions that will make the video more entertaining without me having to give you much input. Some experience with pictory is a plus.

I am also looking for someone who understands the necessary elements to creating a YouTube thumbnail that people will want to click on.

I would like someone who can edit several quality videos and create thumbnails for those videos in one continuous 8 hour shift. Shift preferred to be 9 am to 5:30/6 pm (depends whether candidate takes half hour to hour lunch) during local Philippines time, 5 days per week (M-F). Daily check in and check out via e-mail.

Starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future.
