About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant, you will have a direct impact on helping improve the lives of Future Firm’s customers.
The ideal candidate will assist in various parts of the company, including back-end support, marketing, administrative functions as well as in customer support, though training will be provided in all areas as well.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
Handle technical software support issues relating to the apps we use
Maintaining and troubleshooting automations and tech integrations
Handling various SEO-related tasks such as keyword research
Prepare
Handling inquiries and fixing issues from the company’s customers by
Producing various daily/weekly/monthly reports in spreadsheets
Using technology to transcribe audio files into text and making the appropriate review/edits
Corresponding with 3rd party software providers to troubleshoot technology issues with the software we use
Dealing with ad hoc marketing, customer support and administrative requests that arise
Creating and maintaining technical documentation
What You Need to Succeed
You love all things technology
You like to crunch numbers and data
You have excellent English written communication skills
You are super organized and can prioritize your work to ensure deadlines are met
You are extremely tech-savvy and have an interest in understanding how technology works
You are exceptionally detail-oriented
You are resourceful and can single-handedly solve problems that arise
You have 1+ years of experience working with customers
You’re able to meet once a week for a brief meeting in the evening
Working during the evenings would be considered an asset
You have a solid working knowledge and experience (or can learn very fast) dealing with systems such as WordPress (and several plugins), Convertkit, Zapier, Zoom, Crowdcast, etc.

Have experience in the technical side of digital marketing
You enjoy setting up the back end pieces
