Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Cold Email Outreach and Lead Generation

Ottit is a full service bookkeeping agency serving fast growing e-commerce businesses generating $1-10M year in revenue. We are seeking a talented tea ---------- mber with ample experience in cold emailing and sales development to lead the back-end of our sales process.

Position Description:
We are opening this position for an individual with a self-starter mentality that thrives in fast-paced environments, with a can-do, upbeat attitude who is a team player willing to help all tea ---------- mbers.

You will be working hand-in-hand with the CEO of one of the fasting growing eCommerce agencies in the United States!

You will be the sole representative of managing the cold email and outbound infrastructure and upkeep of email addresses, sequences, and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities:
•Maintaining 50+ emails on G Suite
•Maintaining the health of 50+ email warming accounts
•Creating new email addresses in G Suite and setting up the accounts
•Adding SPF, DMarc, and custom tracking codes to new domains and email addresses
•Documentation and organization of email address statuses on Google Sheets
•Creation and upkeep email sequences in softwares such as: ---------- , Instantly.ai, G Mass (for warming emails), ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
•Manually generating leads from ZoomInfo
•Answering inbound emails

Qualifications:
•At least 3 years of active sales development experience
•Extensive experience in eCommerce
•Extensive experience with cold emails and email out-bounding
•Extensive experience of lead generation
•Analytical mindset & ability to work with large sets of data
•Ability to work under pressure, often in a deadline-driven environment and ability to perform several tasks concurrently
•Must possess excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and superior attention to detail
•Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
•Must work U.S. hours

Technology Requirements:
•Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps
•Secondary screen
•720P Webcam
•Microphone (or headset) with clear audio
