You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.
We train DAILY as a TEAM on Grant Cardone Sales Training

Starting Compensation:
This is a base plus commission career with the opportunity to grow within our organization.
Starting salary is: $5 / HR + 3% Commission.

Responsibilities:
Contact sellers who are interested in selling their property and close them.
Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

Our ideal candidate would be:
Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
Coachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
Quick starter and enthusiastic.
Has the desire to be great.
