We are a small group of problem solving, timeline hacking, status-quo bucking, out-of-the-box thinking, genius digital gangsters breaking out world-leading YouTube content with a vengeance and the passion of a thousand suns (covered in Tabasco sauce)…

More specifically, at GYGC we teach people how to grow their YouTube channels. To do this, we create both (1) free educational YouTube content, and (2) paid online courses, and we are the BEST at what we do.

— W H A T W E ‘ R E L O O K I N G F O R —

We’re looking for remote, highly-experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designers who aspire to be the best in the world at what they do. Period.

If hired, we will need you to create thumbnails for our videos on request. We usually require 2-3 thumbnails to be designed for the same video. We usually post one video per week, however we are planning on revamping our old thumbnails soon and we also want to increase our posting frequency.

Our team culture is always supportive and encouraging, but you should also expect to be held to an exceptionally-high standard because that’s how we become the best in the world at what we do.



— Y O U R K P I s —

Your performance will be graded using the following KPIs:

1 Thumbnail Click Thru Rate, which we’ll be able to see in our YouTube analytics.

2 The number of revisions the thumbnails you create edit require before being finalised (the less, the better)

3 The number of hours it takes you to create a thumbnail (the less, the better)
