Data Reporting Analyst Asisstant

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Reporting Analyst will be responsible for pulling data to generate recurring reports and provide the results to the office management team. Various customer support channels will be used to collect data, including chat, email, and inbound phone ---------- this role, the Data Reporting Analyst should have the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize daily ---------- SENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data collection for the purpose of developing recurring reports
- File claims with the shipping carriers for damaged, lost, or missing inventory
- Monitor data to identify any changes in volume across all customer support channels
- Provide management with written and verbal results of data analysis
- Examine data reports regularly to correct any errors
- Maintain spreadsheets and other data analysis tools
- Retrieve raw excel data and transform it into management reports
- Support our products with insights gained from analyzing customer data
- Design and monitor important metrics, understanding the causes of changes in metrics
- Predictive analytics – modeling, simulation, and forecasting

- Experienced with excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, nested and array formulas, pivot tables, and Visual Basics
