Our company focuses on Physician Staffing in the Locum Tenens market. This is a term used to describe Physicians that work for Hospitals on a temporary contract or independent contractor basis to fill temporary needs that. the hospitals have. Sometimes the Physician jobs last 6 months to 1 year or even longer.

The Position:

Physician Recruiter - Goal: find U.S. Physicians - (through Email Marketing, Phone Calls and SMS Text messages)

We are looking for resourceful individuals to help us contact U.S. Physicians (Email & Phone, & SMS Text) in the United States to see if they would be interested in the Jobs we have available. Creating that initial contact with prospective Candidates (Physicians) and cultivating that professional relationship with them to help identify opportunities for our Company to help them. We need your help to find those initial leads and then set up meetings for our senior leadership so they can take it from there and work with them to place them in the Doctor jobs that we have.

Responsibilities:

• Use our software system to Contact Physicians in the United States (Email, Phone calls & SMS Texts) to generate Leads for our company. We will train you to do this!

• Engage these prospective Candidates to identify what types of Jobs they are looking for and where in the U.S. they are open to work. You will be working with Physicians of all sub-specialties

• Set appointments between these prospective Candidates and one of our Company leaders

Education/Experience:

• Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Lead Generating, Recruiting or Marketing capabilities (email, cold call phones calls, research, campaigns, etc.)
• Experience in Microsoft word and Excel
• Helpful but not necessary: Experience or willingness to learn how to use or post to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook

• Self-motivated and driven to be the best; Resourcefulness is key!
• Willing to learn; Good attention to detail

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• Must be willing to work in the CST Time Zone (9am – 5pm CST) due to phone calls, but emails can be done outside this
time zone.
• Must have fast, reliable internet connection and computer for work. Please identify current workstation/internet

• $400 - $500 USD per month; New in 2025 -> Lucrative BONUS STRUCTURE!
