Create batch tutorial videos for YouTube

I'm looking for someone that is able to:
1. research and find highly searched keywords people are searching on Google/YouTube
2. write a rough outline/script (so the solution is easily provided
3. record videos for it (screen recording)
4. editing, graphics & adding music for the videos
5. create searchable titles and intriguing thumbnails
If you are unable to work on voiceover and/or editing, do let us know (we are open to finding an alternative).

Note:
- We go by a project cost instead of an hourly cost.
- Output in 4K MP4 for YouTube

The voiceover should have the following:
*Have a casual and inviting voice
*American or British voiceovers preferably

As you can tell, I am looking for long term video producers and do have high expectations, but keep in mind, this will be consistent daily work if you can provide and this will be compensated.

Our rate is $3-5/video - turnover for this can be very quick. If this is not acceptable then please don't reply.
