About Us:
We are Get Claude. We manage a group of online consumer brands based in the United States. We also handle ECommerce for Health and Wellness and Digital Marketing for Health and Wellness products, ceramics, eco-friendly living, etc.

Work Schedule: Flexible

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute the business plan and achieve results by leading and managing projects, building and holding the team accountable for agreed-upon commitments
- Manage major projects, standardize and systematize work, and integrate all major functions of the business
- Work with the business founder to filter and translate ideas into the functional plans of the business
- Final approver of critical items, answer questions, and escalations beyond the Team Lead's control
- Identify and resolve obstacles, annoyances, and things that drain energy and motivation from the team
- Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as ECommerce Operations Manager - managing, hiring, and training new tea ---------- mbers
- Experience working as a Project Manager for ECommerce Projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
