Skills:
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have Real Estate and Sales Cold calling experience
• Must be familiar with a power dialer (calltools or batch)
• Must have strong internet connection
• Must have wired headset
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to work independently BUT also a team player and self-motivated
• Extremely strong phone skills (ability to set and close appointment over the phone)
Requirements:
• Strong problem-solving skills with solution-oriented focus
• Must be coachable- excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Mindset and drive- must be able to hold yourself and others accountable
• Self-Starter- comfortable working remote, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
• Team player- able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed and complete task as require
