Freelance, semi-experienced Real Estate VA wanted

First time investor needs assistance finding the right properties to get started with.

I'm looking for Single Family Homes that fall within a strict criteria. I want you to follow this criteria and help me find homes to invest in. Open to, and appreciate tips from you as well. Only looking in the US market right now, not looking for total rehabs either.

Hours: Flexible; this position does not require US hours.
Hourly Wage: $3.50/hr + $100 bonus for every offer I send out + $500 bonus for any property I close on.

Must be able to use whatsapp as primary mode of communication.
