(UGC) video content Manager - Dropshipping

A successful dropshipping store with a small, fun team of 5 employees is looking to add a (UGC) video content manager.

Job requirements:
- experience with collecting new UGC content
- experience with dropshipping
- marketing psychology understanding
- fluent English in speech & writing
- detail-oriented
- can work independently

What will your tasks look like?
- help us set up the process for UGC collection
- maintain contact with creators
- monitoring the conversion rate of creator's videos
- daily communication (reporting) on your tasks
