JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary contact for clients, conduct the onboarding process and manage the contents for the clients
Manage and strengthen client relationships.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for a successful client outcome
Drive retention and growth among the most valuable customers
Represent the voice of the client and mediate between the clients and the organization
Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk attribution
Improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and request
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a customer service role and client relations is a PLUS
Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising
Comfortable in meeting and speaking with clients
Resourceful with keen attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
BPO experience is a MUST
Speaking Spanish is a PLUS
