THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

If you are selected for this rare opportunity, you will be coached personally by Dr Steve Day, host of Systemize Your Success Podcast.

You will develop your skills in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement to support Steve in serving our highest-level clients.

You will receive extensive paid training to support our coaches in creating flow charts and operations manuals for our clients using our proven Perfect Process Pipelines Methodology.

There will be opportunities for promotion to lead our Process Improvement Services.

You do not need any previous experience to apply (we hire on aptitude and attitude). A basic understanding of flowcharts and experience with customer service would be beneficial.

You need to be confident in speaking English with our clients.



THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

Once training is complete, you will work directly with clients to help them create effective systems using our Process Pipelines Methodology and DIDACT Operations Systems.

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between £2.50 - £5 Per Hour
This position is available as soon as possible
This is a Long-Term work
Provisional Schedule: Any hours are fine with a minimum 2-hour overlap with UK working hours
You will be available for at least: 40 hrs per week
We will pay you weekly
You will get paid time off for vacations
We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard
We offer performance-related bonus
